About the course creator:
Hi, I’m Krystal 👋 a habit mentor and yoga teacher (E-RYT200) with over 10 years experience leading yoga classes, workshops, wellness events, and retreats in the US and Mexico. I incorporate variations, alignment and lots of adjustments that guide my students to a safer and more confident yoga practice.
What is included?

Each week contains 7 lessons and 1 quiz.
There are 63 lessons. Each lesson contains a 5-minute (easily digestible) video tutorial, a group discussion, and additional resources like articles, books and more videos to dive deeper – if you want to.

Day 1 – Foundations
Explore the goal of yoga, meaning of namaste, om, setting intentions, setting up the space and equipment required.
