8 Private Yoga Sessions via Zoom

This is nothing like a group class. This is a complete body, mind and soul experience that is tailored just for you!

It’s all about what YOU want to focus on. It could be particular poses that you want to get to, it could be a more positive mental state, it could be a healthier and more fit body.

Whatever you are looking for, we can make it happen and incorporate flow of movement with yoga postures and stress-reducing/rest-inducing techniques like breathing exercises and meditation.

And do not worry! Even via zoom, you will experience plenty of adjustments. I use very detailed cues to walk you through simple adjustments that you can learn to do yourself to completely transform your practice.

My classes are designed in a holistic way to meet your specific needs from beginner to advanced practitioner.

How It Works


Each session is 60 minutes.

The first class includes a 15-minute introduction so I can get to know you, understand your goals and get you set up with materials and/or equipment that you will need.


After that we will focus on helping you build the daily habit of at least 20 minutes a day with exercises that I will give you depending on your goal(s). You will learn proper alignment in poses, how to adjust yourself and the deeper anatomy associated with the bones, muscles and tissues that we are working on.
