Krystal is an E–RYT 200, experienced and registered yoga teacher. She is also a YACEP, Yoga Alliance Continued Education Provider. She got her first 200HRS with Fred Busch in 2014, Hot Power Yoga and later went on to explore other styles such as Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, and Restorative. She is currently studying 300HRS with Laura Burkhart in San Francisco to complete 500HRS.

For the last 9+ years, Krystal has led yoga classes, wellness workshops, events and retreats in the US and in Mexico. She’s had the pleasure of collaborating with wonderful people, magical spaces, and well-known brands like ADIDAS, WeWork, Lululemon, St. Regis Mexico City, The Westin Santa Fe, and most recently Manduka.

Krystal has personal experience with depression, anxiety, high-stress and burnout. In pursuit of healing, she sought out various therapies and explored areas such as wellness, stress management, and the science of happiness through studies at Stanford University.
